How does it work?
We begin by either talking on the phone or meeting to discuss your specific needs. From there we’ll develop an outline for your new site and provide a written estimate of the work to be done. Once you sign off on the estimate we’ll set to work designing your new site and give you a mockup to either approve or revise based on your feedback. After the revision period, we’ll start building your site for you and then give you a peek behind the curtain before it goes live.
What are my options?
Websites can be complex beasts at times but they can also be very simple. Some websites are “set it and forget it” setups that require very little, if any, maintenance. Websites do need a little TLC every now and again or you may want to update your content to reflect new products, services, or team members. Part of our initial discussion will cover what type of site is best suited to your needs and what sort of maintenance or updating schedule you’ll require. If you just need a simple website, that’s no problem. And if you need a more robust platform for content management, we’ll make sure that you’re set up to comfortably manage it yourself or set up a maintenance plan so that you can rest easy knowing your site is well looked after once it’s launched.
What if I want to manage my own content?
If you want a blog on your website or just want to have control over certain sections that you want to update regularly, included in the build is a sit-down training session to familiarize you with the WordPress environment. We’ll make sure that you understand how to use it and how to manage your own content before unleashing you and your site into the wild.
What if I don't want to manage my own content?
If you’d rather leave the content management to people who are familiar with the administrative area of your website, we’d be happy to either work on a case by case basis or even set up a monthly maintenance package to look after your site for you. No hold queues on the phone and no submitting support tickets. Just one phone call or email and it gets done. Simple as that.

In an increasingly competitive marketplace one of the first questions that people often ask is “how much does web design cost?” The answer, more often than not, is “how much is it worth to you?”—not a very clear answer at all. There are no hard and fast rules for pricing when it comes to web design but we do have an approximate pricing model for different types of builds. More functionality, more features, and more content will always require more time, more involvement, and more money.
